Normani Shuts It Down at Met Gala 2021 After VMAs Performance

Fresh off of her VMAs performance, Normani makes quite the entrance at the 2021 Met Gala at the Metropolitan Museum of Art on Monday (September 13) in New York City.

The 25-year-old “Wild Side” singer wore a stunning Valentino FW21 Couture gown to the event.

Normani completed her look with some sparkly jewelry, including the tear drop pendant hanging around her neck.

The annual Costume Institute Gala is the fashion world’s equivalent of the Oscars and the event is usually held on the first Monday of May, but it was postponed until September 2021 due to the pandemic. The theme this year is “In America” and there will be a two-part exhibit with the second part debuting at next year’s Met Gala.
