OlderAmandla Stenberg In Talks To Join 'Star Wars' Series 'The Acolyte' (Report)
Amandla Stenberg could be joining the Star Wars franchise in an upcoming series!
It’s been reported that the 23-year-old Dear Evan Hansen actor is in talks to join the upcoming The Acolyte for Disney+, according to Variety.

While there aren’t many details other than Amandla is in talks, we do know that an acolyte in Star Wars usually refers “to a Sith who has just begun their training under an experienced Sith Lord.”
Disney and Lucasfilm have already confirmed that the series is in the works with writer and director Leslye Headland.
The series takes place “in the final days of the High Republic era of the Star Wars timeline and will focus on the emergence of secretive dark side powers.”
This will be the latest of live action series in the Star Wars universe. The next one coming out is The Book of Boba Fett, which debuts next week, and Ahsoka is currently also in the works with Rosario Dawson starring.
Other Star Wars series include LEGO Star Wars, Star Wars: Visions, Star Wars: The Bad Batch and The Clone Wars, which can all be streamed on Disney+.
