'The Flash' Season 9 Cast - Who Is Returning For the Final Season?

The Flash season nine was just confirmed to be ending after season nine on Monday (August 1).

The CW series’ final season is starting filming in September and won’t be premiering until midseason in 2023, with an abbreviated season of 13 episodes.

With the news the show is coming to an end, fans may be wondering who will be back for the final season and who will not.

We do know for a fact that Grant Gustin will be returning as Barry Allen/The Flash, but who else is returning?
