OlderDemi Lovato Says Turning 30 Has Been 'An Eye Opener'
Demi Lovato is celebrating her big 30th birthday this weekend!
The “Substance” singer will be turning 30 years old on Saturday (August 20), and has opened up about why they’re excited to reach the milestone.
“I keep going back to this, but I’m just so excited. Turning 30 has been such an eye opener to me, because it feels like a door that’s opening to a whole new chapter of my life,” Demi shared with Zane Lowe on Apple Music 1.
They also revealed what they are looking forward to doing in their 30s.

“I, through that door, can see things like purpose and what makes me happy and the new chapter we talked about earlier, like starting a family,” Demi shared. “Through that door I see things like taking time off for myself to work on my spirituality, to travel to places that I want to go to that I’ve never been.”
“Then once I do that, is take time off to start a family, to raise children. Things that bring me joy outside of this industry because this industry is all that I’ve known since I was a child.”
