Tatiana Maslany Says Working with Megan Thee Stallion on 'She-Hulk' Was Best Day of Her Life

Tatiana Maslany is opening up about working with Megan Thee Stallion on She-Hulk: Attorney at Law!

The rapper made an appearance in the latest episode of the Disney+ series, playing herself.

Not to spoil too much, but while Megan makes a brief appearance in the episode, you HAVE to stay tuned for the end credits scene!

In a new interview, Tatiana opened up about working with the “Savage” rapper on the MCU project.

“It was the best day of my life,” Tatiana told ET. “It was so great. I was and am a massive fan of hers, and when Jessica [Gao, She Hulk: Attorney at Law creator] told me that was a thing that she had written into the script, I nearly died, like, I couldn’t even deal with it.”

Tatiana gave credit for the twerking to the VFX team, but admitted, “I wish I could say it wasn’t me, baby, but it was me!”

If you didn’t know, Tatiana is actually a huge Megan Thee Stallion fan, according to director Kat Coiro, and they actually added the end credits scene…

“Tatiana is the world’s biggest Megan Thee Stallion fan, so she was just vibrating with excitement,” Kat told Polygon. “We actually added that dancing scene so that Tatiana could have a scene with Megan, which is where we learned that Tatiana is an amazing twerker.”

Her co-star Ginger Gonzaga added to ET, “I hope they release behind-the-scenes [footage], because the dancing was much longer and Tatiana came to slay, and goodness she’s a freaking amazing dancer… If I have to leak it, I will!”

Ginger admitted, “We obviously all snuck on to set that day and it was remarkable.”

“We were really kind of campaigning to get her on the show — Jameela [Jamil] knows her, so that was very helpful,” she continued. “I was just in shock when I met her, like, she’s so cool and so interesting… She’s really this regal, smart, wonderful actor, and really funny and just powerful, like, what a fascinating person and artist.”
