Cruel Summer's Olivia Holt Set to Make Broadway Debut in 'Chicago the Musical'

Olivia Holt is heading to Broadway!

The 25-year-old former Cruel Summer star has just been announced to be making her debut on the Great White Way in Chicago the Musical.

Olivia joins the ever growing list of stars to portray THE Roxie Hart in the long-running musical.

“I am incredibly honored to play the iconic role of Roxie Hart. And I’m tremendously grateful to the Chicago company and Broadway community as I’ve admired their work and work ethic for years,” she shared with People. “Theater is where I fell in love with performing and this has been a dream of mine since I was a kid. I feel so lucky to be joining this extraordinary production.”

Other notable names who have played Roxie on Broadway includes the legendary Liza Minnelli, Pamela Anderson, Spice Girls‘ Mel B, Melora Hardin, RHOBH‘s Erika Jayne and Lisa Rinna, Jennifer Nettles, Ashlee Simpson, Brooke Shields, Chita Rivera, Rita Wilson, Rumer Willis and Melanie Griffith.

Olivia will begin performances on April 10th and run through eight weeks, until June 4th.
