The Slumber Party's Ramon Rodriguez Reveals 10 Fun Facts About Himself (Exclusive)

Ramon Jose Rodriguez is opening up!

The young actor is making his feature debut in the upcoming Disney movie The Slumber Party, which depicts the hilarious aftermath of a sleepover birthday party hypnotism gone wrong as best friends Megan and Paige, along with soon-to-be step-sister Veronica, wake up with absolutely no memory of the night before.

Now they must retrace their steps to find missing birthday girl Anna Maria and explain why there’s a flock of baby ducks in the bathtub, what happened to Megan’s eyebrow, and why she’s wearing unattainable hottie Jake Ramirez’s signature black hoodie.

Ahead of the movie’s debut on Disney Channel, we caught up with Ramon (prior to the SAG-AFTRA strike) and got to know 10 Fun Facts about him.

• 1. I have a passion for boxing, it’s always been my first love.
• 2. Working out is a big dedication of mine, I always try to be healthy.
• 3. I tend to be shy, but around my closest friends and family I’m more open and funny.
• 4. I love lots of sports but my favorites are boxing, wrestling, football & hockey (GO KINGS GO!)
• 5. Another huge love of mine is music, I couldn’t live without it! I’m also learning to play the guitar.
• 6. My favorite three movie genres are horror, action, & comedy.
• 7. Other hobbies of mine are riding dirt bikes, driving go carts, basically anything fast.
• 8. When I was younger, I had a huge passion for skateboarding. Being the daredevil I am, one time I jumped off a staircase and the board popped up and hit me in the eyebrow. It took a pretty good chunk out when I landed. That’s how I got the scar above my right eye. Was very lucky it wasn’t worse!
• 9. I enjoy learning about cars and going to car shows.
• 10. I always love going to amusement parks on free days.

The Slumber Party premieres this Thursday, July 27th at 8pm ET/PT on Disney Channel, and next day on Disney+!
