Olivia Rodrigo Enlists BFFs Madison Hu, Tate McRae & Iris Apatow For New 'bad idea right?' Music Video - Watch Now!

Olivia Rodrigo just released her new song and music video “bad idea right?” on Friday (August 10)!

The 20-year-old songstress’ latest single is off of her upcoming second album GUTS, which will be out in just less than a month.

Olivia wrote “bad idea right?” with her frequent collaborator and producer Dan Nigro, and for the music video, she brought in her celeb BFFs Madison Hu, Tate McRae and Iris Apatow, to make appearances!

“‘bad idea right?’ started with us making a joke song about me hooking up with an ex-boyfriend, but then we realized we were actually onto something,” Olivia shared about the song. “We were throwing the weirdest things at the wall — in one of choruses there’s a part that sounds like an instrument in the background, but it’s me gradually screaming louder and louder.”

The singer reunited with Petra Collins for the video, who also directed Olivia‘s “vampire,” “good 4 u” and “brutal” videos.
