You Are So Not Invited To My Bat Mitzvah is debuting on Netflix this week and we have an exclusive new clip from the upcoming teen comedy!

Sunny Sandler (yes, Adam Sandler‘s daughter!) stars as young girl who, along with her lifelong best friend, is planning her bat mitzvah when the popular boy in school gets in between them.

In our exclusive clip, we see Sunny‘s Stacy at her bat mitzvah when she shares a moment with said popular boy, played by Dylan Hoffman, and right as they’re about to kiss, we find out it was just a dream sequence!

Based on the book of the same name by Fiona Rosenbloom, the film’s official synopsis reads: Lifelong best friends Stacy (Sandler) and Lydia (Samantha Lorraine) have long dreamt of epic bat mitzvahs but when popular boy Andy Goldfarb (Hoffman) and Hebrew school drama come between them, their perfect plans go comically awry.

The cast also includes Idina Menzel, Jackie Sandler, Adam Sandler, Sadie Sandler, Sarah Sherman, Dan Bulla, Ido Mosseri, Jackie Hoffman and Luis Guzmán.
