Mia Talerico Starts High School, Fans Think She Looks Like Bridgit Mendler at the Start of 'Good Luck Charlie'

Charlie is growing up so much!

Good Luck Charlie‘s Mia Talerico shared on Wednesday (August 23) that she is now heading into high school.

The young actress of course got her start as the titular character Charlie on the Disney Channel series 13 years ago, and grew up right before our eyes on the show, over the course of it’s four seasons.

While posting a photo from her first day of 9th grade, many fans noticed just how much she looks like her co-star and on-screen big sister Bridgit Mendler when the series first premiered in 2010.

The jet lag she is referring to is because she was just recently in Paris on vacation right before starting school!

Her TV mom Leigh-Allyn Baker commented on the post, writing, “😢😢😢 She’s so big! Mia, you’re beautiful!” to which Mia replied, “Thanks Mama Leigh”

One commenter wrote, “Casting in Good Luck Charlie was SO GOOD. Like she looks so much like Teddy/ Bridgit Mendler it’s crazy,” while others agreed, and one even said she also looks like Leigh-Allyn.

The comments were also flooded with “Good Luck Charlie” messages, and lots of people in disbelief that she’s in high school now.
