Marvel Pushes Back Several Upcoming TV Shows, New Dates Revealed For 'Agatha: Coven of Chaos,' 'Echo' & More!

Marvel has revealed some new dates for it’s upcoming TV series part of the MCU’s Phase 5!

It’s been said that four shows were being delayed and won’t premiere in 2023 as previously revealed, and that is now shaping up to be very true.

This year, Phase 5 has seen the premiere of Secret Invasion, with Loki season two and What If…? still being released this year.

Find out what’s being delayed…

Loki will return in October and What If…? will premiere it’s second season around Christmas Day, THR reports.

Next up, Alaqua Cox‘s Echo is moving from November 29th to January 2024. The series was originally supposed to premiere this summer, then it was slated to move to either October or 2024.

Following that will be the animated series X-Men ’97, which moves from fall 2023 to early 2024.

Next is WandaVision spinoff Agatha: Coven of Chaos, which was supposed to premiere winter 2023, but following more delays, is being said to be moving back another year, to early fall 2024. Reportedly, the series is also now going to be called Agatha: Darkhold Diaries, which is the the third title.

The Ironheart series, starring Dominique Thorne, has been completely taken off the schedule. It was supposed to premiere this fall.

Daredevil: Born Again was to premiere spring 2024, but the strikes have caused production to pause, therefore moving the show’s release date.

So many changes have already been made to Marvel’s schedule, and there are likely to be even more changes. Plus, with all of the TV show release dates, this will also likely alter some of the upcoming movie plot points and cameos as they all tie into each other.

Stay tuned for more updates on the MCU!
