Dove Cameron made a big announcement on stage at the 2023 MTV Video Music Awards on Tuesday night (September 12)!

The 27-year-old singer and actress presented Best New Artist during the ceremony and she also picked up the award for Video For Good for “Breakfast.”

During one of her times on stage at the show while presenting the nominees and announcing the winner for Best New Artist, she took a moment to reveal the title of her highly anticipated debut album and share that it will be released as two volumes!

Get the scoop inside…

Dove‘s debut album will be called Alchemical and the first volume will be released this fall.

The news comes after a new song with Marshmello, “Other Boys,” was just released days earlier.

It was also just revealed that Dove is now part of the Coach family and she stars in their new “Wear Your Shine” campaign. Check out the photos and video here!

Back in July, Dove shared an update on the album, confirming that she had gotten it down from 60 songs, and that it would be out by the end of 2023.

Previously, she said that she had written 100 songs for the album and was trying to narrow it down.

Looks like with two parts, Dove will be releasing more songs than a standard length album!
