Vanessa Morgan Wants Her 'Riverdale' Character To Date Cheryl Blossom

Vanessa Morgan is coming into Riverdale as the only girl in a gang of guys, and she has some ideas as to just who Toni Topaz, who is bisexual, could be hooking up with.

Her number one? Cheryl Blossom!

“Because Madelaine Petsch is my best friend in real life,” Vanessa revealed in a recent interview with Bustle.

She may be messing with Bughead’s relationship status in the upcoming episodes, but there’s nothing that says Toni can’t find love with Cheryl.

In fact, Madelaine also told JJJ that she hopes Cheryl gets to explore her sexuality in season two.

“I hope she explores a love interest and explores sexuality a little bit more – and isn’t necessarily vanilla – and wants to explore all grounds of sexuality. That would be interesting to see,” Madelaine shared.

Who knows — THIS could happen!

Riverdale will premiere on Wednesday, October 11th on The CW.
