Christina Grimmie‘s family and music team are keeping good on their word to release new music from the fallen singer.
“Team Grimmie, Thank you for all of your support over the years, and patience in the last 6 months. We love you so much,” they write on her official Instagram.
The new song called “Invisible” will be released this upcoming Valentine’s Day 2017.
They add, “It will be released February 14th, 2017! Stay tuned for more info, and thank you for continuing to support Christina’s legacy. Happy Grimmie Thursday.”
The teaser below features a very cool visual with the treble and bass clefs at the center.
Jacquie Lee has made a triumphant return to music with a gorgeous new song called “Somebody’s Angel”.
The singer — who you remember as the voice behind “It’s Our World” from Disneynature’s Monkey Kingdom — took some time off of music after BFF Christina Grimmie‘s untimely death.
“I was having a really hard time getting back into my routine and my normal life,” Jacquie shared about the track inspiration and her encounter with one special homeless woman. “She asked me if I had ever dealt with death and if I believed in a heaven. Surprisingly, I started opening up to her within seconds.”
She adds, “All of the details of the pain of loss and faith came spilling out of my mouth. Before I had to leave, she left me with the words, ‘Don’t worry, she is in a better place I promise you. She’s somebody’s angel now.”
JJJ teared up just from reading the first line of the lyrics and we have no doubt you all will too.
Titled “Clouds”, the song tells the story and afterthoughts of the band after Christina was murdered earlier this year after their concert together.
“In loving memory of our dear friend Christina Grimmie, who will always be in our hearts and whose legacy will live on forever,” Before You Exit writes in the notes section of the video.

The note, from parents Bud and Tina and brother Marcus, says that they plan to release music that Christina recorded before her untimely passing this year.
“We would like to express our deepest appreciation for the love and support you have shown our Christina during her brief but richly filled life. She loved her ‘frands’ and tried every day in every manner she could to find new ways to reach, please and inspire them through her God-given gift of music,” the note says.
It continued, “As her family, we are fully committed to continuing her legacy as she would have wished and will be constantly updating you, the frands, with all Christina-related activities, including her unreleased music and new mixes of existing music. We send our sincerest love and thanks once again for allowing her the privilege of living out her dreams through and with you!”
Earlier this fall, Christina‘s manager Brian Teefey also wrote something about her music.
“Most importantly, we are hard at work on the music Christina was working on before she was tragically taken from us. I have very little details at the moment other than having some phenomenal music. As soon as we have concrete release dates in mind, you guys will be the first to know.”

However, when he falls in love with one of his clients (Grimmie), he must figure out how to balance his secret job with his love-life.
The Matchbreaker is set to be released in select theaters on October 7th!
Christina Grimmie was honored by iHeartRadio during the annual festival in Las Vegas last night (September 23) with a touching and moving video.
Most of all of the fallen singer’s YouTube covers and videos were put together for the event. Christina actually won the iHeartRadio Rising Star contest in 2015.
Earlier this year, Christina was fatally shot by a gunman in Orlando during her meet and greet.

Christina Grimmie‘s final The Ballad of Jessica Blue music video just debuted.
Titled “Without You,” with the late singer starring as Jessica, who is at a crossroads in her life and catches her boyfriend in the act of cheating on her.
She is gripped by insecurities only to realize that she is doing more damaged to her own heart and future than any relationship ever could.
Jessica has an upcoming showcase where she hopes to prove to herself and others that her music is as strong as her desire to be great. With the showcase days away she can’t seem to put together her set or her songs.
Jessica is torn between boyfriend issues, her creative issues and a general feeling of self-doubt. She confides in the people closest to her and they all give her words of wisdom along her path of self-discovery.
Her beloved grandmother reminds her that all the security, strength and love she needs is in that powerful voice on the other side of her heart. Jessica finds her path by doing what she loves. She sings from her heart.
