The 19-year-old singer stopped by to chat with Greg James about her new single in the UK, “Mirror Man”, which is available for download now.
“Can’t wait for you guys to see the new video for #MirrorMan. X x,” Ella tweeted earlier in the week.
She also dished about the track with PopCrush, “I think it’s going to be another side of me that not many people have seen yet. It’s quite graphic, quite edgy and also I got to use the director Collin Tilley for it. He’s directed incredible music videos in the past, so it was fun working with him. It involves a panther, a live black panther we had on set.”

She continued, “I thought I’d have to beg for a record deal, not the other way around. It took me a long time to decide. I had my dad by my side at the time. He was definitely my rock at that point. It was a big decision to make, you know – you’re putting your career into other people’s hands. Just as much as I can do the work, I want to make sure I’ve got a solid team around me.”
