Halle Bailey and DDG were rumored to have broken up recently, and now she’s speaking out.
The young couple have been together since at least early 2022 when they were first spotted out on a dinner date exactly one year ago.
Speculations started last week after fans noticed they were no longer following each other on Instagram, and have removed almost all traces of each other from their grids.
Now, days later, Halle is speaking to the online chatter and speculation on their relationship.

Olivia Rodrigo, Sabrina Carpenter and Coco Jones were all in attendance at the Pre-GRAMMY Gala & GRAMMY Salute to Industry Icons held on Saturday night (February 4) in Los Angeles.
The trio of former Disney Channel stars joined several other celebs at the Clive Davis hosted event.
Also in attendance were Chloe x Halle, Lil Nas X, Troye Sivan, Nafessa Williams, Sebastian Yatra and Charlie Puth, who made his red carpet debut with girlfriend Brooke Sansone.
If you missed it, another couple also made their red carpet debut at the party.
The annual pre-Grammys event this year honored Julie Greenwald and Craig Kallman.

Chloe x Halle looked gorgeous while attending the Grand Reveal Weekend for Atlantis, The Royal on Saturday (January 21) in Dubai, UAE.
The sisters were of course joined by Halle‘s boyfriend DDG for the outing, celebrating the new luxury hotel and resort in Dubai.
Also in attendance at the event were Liam Payne and girlfriend Kate Cassidy, Alyah Chanelle Scott, and Black Panther: Wakanda Forever stars Letitia Wright and Winston Duke.
The event also featured a performance by Chloe and Halle‘s mentor Beyoncé!
“enjoyed beyonce day in dubai 🤣🎉❤️,” Halle captioned a series of photos from the day.
The day before, Liam and Kate were also seen out for the opening of the new Nobu restaurant at the new Atlantis, The Royal resort.

There was some controversy when Halle Bailey landed the role of Ariel in the live-action The Little Mermaid movie, but she was the right choice for the role and director Rob Marshall is explaining why she was picked.
The director says there was “no agenda” behind her casting and he also responded to the moving videos of young Black children reacting to seeing a Black Ariel in the teaser trailer.

The performers have been revealed for this year’s Dick Clark’s New Year’s Rockin’ Eve with Ryan Seacrest!
This year’s show will take place from four locations, including Times Square in New York, of course, Los Angeles, New Orleans and for the first time, Disneyland.
Ryan Seacrest will be back to ring in the new year in NYC, along with co-host Liza Koshy and Powerball co-host Jessie James Decker.
Billy Porter returns to host from New Orleans, while Ciara will host from Disneyland.
Just announced on the performers list include a few current and former Disney stars – The Little Mermaid‘s Halle Bailey, Dove Cameron and Aly & AJ.

The two sisters were spotted chatting with Prince William and Kate Middleton at the 2022 Earthshot Prize Ceremony held at MGM Music Hall at Fenway on Friday night (December 2) in Boston, Mass.
Chloe and Halle were joined by several other celebrities at the event, including Rami Malek, David Beckham, Ellie Goulding, Shailene Woodley, Catherine O’Hara, and Annie Lennox.
Inspired by President John F. Kennedy’s Moonshot challenge that pioneered space travel in the 1960s, The Earthshot Prize “is an ambitious global environmental prize which aims to discover and scale the best solutions to help repair our planet within the remainder of this decade, that was started by HRH William, Prince of Wales.
