Lilla Crawford joins her Into The Woods co-stars Mackenzie Mauzy and Billy Magnussen for Disney’s Musical Birthday Tribute to Stephen Sondheim held at 42West in New York City over the weekend.

The Into The Woods stars honored legendary composer, Stephen Sondheim with performances from the musical and other Sondheim classics.

Speaking with the NY Post, Lilla opened up about performing alongside Johnny Depp in the film: “I used to be obsessed with Johnny Depp. I never thought of him as this normal guy. I just always imagined him as someone who lives in a far-off land and doesn’t even exist.”

She added, “When Johnny Depp first stepped on set, he made sure he said hi to every single person, every single crew member before he did anything else .?.?. he just set a really good example.”

Into The Woods is out on Bluray, DVD and available on Disney Movies Anywhere NOW.

Anna Kendrick steps out in style for the Into the Woods world premiere held at the Ziegfeld Theater on Monday (December 8) in New York City.

The 29-year-old actress hit up the event alongside her co-stars MacKenzie Mauzy and Lilly Crawford, as well as couple Zoe Kazan and Paul Dano.

Be sure to catch Into the Woods, in theaters on Christmas Day! The movie follows the story of many fairy tale characters all intertwined.

MacKenzie Mauzy has just landed the role of Rapunzel in the upcoming Disney musical Into the Woods!

According to Deadline, the 24-year-old actress is best known for her roles on the soaps Guiding Light and The Bold and the Beautiful, before she hit Broadway in A Tale Of Two Cities and Next To Normal.

Into the Woods is about a witch who conspires to teach important lessons to various characters of popular children’s stories, including Little Red Riding Hood, Cinderella, Jack and the Beanstalk and Rapunzel.

Anna Kendrick, Meryl Streep, and Johnny Depp are also set to star. The film is set to hit theaters Christmas 2014.
