We can’t wait to watch the Macy’s Thanksgiving Day Parade this week!
The annual event takes place in New York City on Thanksgiving morning (November 24), starting at 9am ET, and features tons of performances and celebs.
One thing to look forward to are the floats and balloons, and especially all of the new ones!
This year, there are five new floats and we have the first look photos of each one.
They are as follows: Baby Shark by Pinkfong and Nickelodeon, which will have Ziggy Marley on it, Geoffrey’s Dazzling Dance Party by Toys“R”Us with Jordin Sparks, People of First Light by Macy’s, Supersized Slumber by Netflix with Ballet Hispánico, and The Wondership by Wonder with singer Cam.

It’s that time of year – the Macy’s Thanksgiving Day Parade is taking place on Thursday (November 24) in New York City.
This year marks the 96th edition of the annual Thanksgiving Day staple and one of the most beloved events to kick off the holiday season.
“Since its first march in 1924 and through the decades, Macy’s Thanksgiving Day Parade has served to bring joy to the millions who gather nationwide each year to experience it with friends and family,” Will Coss, Executive Producer of Macy’s Thanksgiving Day Parade, shared in a statement. “This November, as we once again set the stage for the start of the holiday season, we are thrilled to showcase another spectacle full of magic and wonder that will help create everlasting memories with loved ones during this special time of year.”
During this year’s three-hour parade, viewers will see more than 5,000 volunteers, 16 giant character balloons, 28 floats, 40 novelty and heritage inflatables, more than 700 clowns, 12 marching bands and 10 performance groups and plenty of musical stars.
Savannah Guthrie, Hoda Kotb and Al Roker will all be back to host the celebration.

Celina Smith previews her upcoming performance in Annie Live!
The Young Dylan actress is taking on the title role in the upcoming NBC live musical and she performed on the 2021 Macy’s Thanksgiving Day Parade on Thursday (November 25) in New York City.
Celina performed the iconic song “Tomorrow,” and was also joined by Harry Connick Jr, who plays Daddy Warbucks, for “I Don’t Need Anything But You.”

We are just hours away from the 2021 Macy’s Thanksgiving Day Parade and we’re taking a look at all of the performers!
This year, as usual, there are quite a few celebrities who will be riding down the parade route on floats.
There will also be a few Broadway performances, including the cast of Wicked!
The annual parade is celebrating it’s 95th year, and there will be 15 giant character balloons, 28 floats, 36 novelty and heritage inflatables, more than 800 clowns, 10 marching bands and nine performance groups, plus marking the start of the Christmas season, Santa Claus will make his appearance to end the parade.

The 2021 Macy’s Thanksgiving Day Parade is almost here!
This year marks the 95th annual event and there will be a total of six brand new floats going down the parade route in New York City.
In addition to the new floats, there are also quite a few new balloons this year, including Ada Twist, Scientist by Netflix; a Funko Pop! inspired Grogu™ (aka Baby Yoda) from the The Mandalorian; Ronald McDonald® by McDonald’s®; and Pikachu™ and Eevee™ by The Pokémon International Company.
Several celebrities will take part, including Jordan Fisher, Andy Grammer, the cast of Girls5eva, Jimmie Allen, Blue’s Clues & You host Josh Dela Cruz and former Blue’s Clues hosts Steve Burns and Donovan Patton, Darren Criss, Kristin Chenoweth and many more!

The Macy’s Thanksgiving Day Parade celeb line up has just been announced and all your faves are going to be there!
Every Thanksgiving holiday, the parade airs live and lots of celebs are seen riding through the on floats and displays.
This year, you’ll see Sabrina Carpenter, Olivia Holt, Angelica Hale and many many more riding floats and performing at the annual event on Thursday, November 23rd.

Grace VanderWaal just performed in the Macy’s Thanksgiving Day Parade for the first time and it’s such a cool moment as she was once a spectator at the event!
The 12-year-old America’s Got Talent winner posted to Instagram about how she was in the crowd at the parade five years ago.
“Happy Thanksgiving everyone I’m so thankful for everyone’s support!!! 5 years ago when I was 7 I watched the Macy’s Thanksgiving Day Parade from the stands I would never think that today I would be in it. So, eat until you can’t eat anymore and be thankful!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!” Grace wrote on Instagram with the below photo!
