Along with Kira Kosarin, the 25-year-old former Big Time Rush actor will be guest starring on School of Rock, the network’s brand new series.
“I’m gonna be guest starring on @NickelodeonTV’s new show #SchoolOfRock! Can’t wait for you all to meet my character,” Kira announced on her Twitter.

School of Rock will premiere on Saturday, March 12th.

Are you ready for Nickelodeon’s upcoming show School of Rock?!
The network just released two music videos for the series, one is a cover of Meghan Trainor‘s “Lips Are Movin’” and the other is Walk the Moon‘s “Shut Up and Dance.”
In case you’re unfamiliar, the show will follow the adventures and misadventures of Dewey Finn, a down on his luck rocker who poses as a substitute teacher at a prestigious prep school as he teaches his eccentric, unconventional and overachieving students to play and love rock ‘n’ roll.
Inspired by the film of the same name, Tony will play Dewey, who becomes the most unique and well-liked teacher the students have ever had.
Ricardo stars as Freddy, the new kid who brings a fresh and rebellious perspective to the school. He is effortlessly cool, recognizes the opportunity in building the band with Dewey and challenges the class to take risks in the name of having fun.
Lance will play Zack, (a reserved child of overbearing parents who comes out of his shell, as the band’s electric guitarist), while Aiden is Lawrence (the quirky, tech kid who will be the band’s keyboardist).
Jade is Summer (the over-achiever and not at all satisfied with playing tambourine in the band) and Breanna is Tomika (the tomboy of the bunch who is the bass player for the band).
School of Rock is expected to premiere later this year.
