The 18-year-old actress and her mom joined her new Carrie Diaries costar Stefania Owen and her own mom for a walking tour around the Big Apple before returning to their hotel.

AnnaSophia Robb gets the giggles as she heads to The Carrie Diaries set in Queens, New York on Wednesday (March 21).
The 18-year-old actress, who portrays a young Carrie Bradshaw, filmed a few scenes with younger on-screen sister Stefania Owen and Ellen Wong.
“We’ve been doing a lot of rehearsals this week, and I’ve been watching the show and really trying to click with the character,” AnnaSophia told US Weekly.
She added, “I know everyone’s going to compare it to Sex and the City, but we’re never going to be that. The show is more for my generation, but it’s set in the ’80s, so it’s fun.”

The 14-year-old actress is currently filming The Carrie Diaries opposite AnnaSophia Robb. Stefania stars as Carrie’s younger sister, Dorrit.

Ellen will play Jill “The Mouse” Thompson, Carrie’s best friend in high school who is pragmatic, bright and super loyal. Katie will star as Maggie Landers, Carrie’s oldest friend, a townie and the daughter of the police chief who has little ambition to leave her town, mostly because she has no idea what she would be leaving for.
