Jensen Ackles & Jared Padalecki Respond to Stephen Amell On His 'Supernatural/Arrow' Crossover Idea

Jensen Ackles & Jared Padalecki Respond to Stephen Amell On His 'Supernatural/Arrow' Crossover Idea

Since the words Supernatural and Arrow crossover came out of Stephen Amell‘s mouth a few weeks ago, it’s pretty much been on JJJ’s mind ever since.

“As the much, much more senior members of the CW family, it really would be about finding a moment in their schedule to make all the fans happy,” the Arrow star shared during a Facebook Live chat with his fans.

But what do Jensen Ackles and Jared Padalecki think about it all?

Stephen‘s a big guy,” Jared shared on Conan‘s Wednesday night show from Comic-Con, understanding as much as Stephen about the difficulties of scheduling such big-name stars.

He adds, “He’d want some apple boxes and stuff to stand on, so it might never happen.”

You can check out the full video of their reaction below!

Television crossovers of any kind make JJJ really happy, so when Stephen Amell talked about Arrow crossing over with Supernatural, we let out an ecstatic scream of joy.

In one of his latest Facebook Live chats, the Arrow star opened up about a potential crossover, giving fans a little hope that it could be done.

“I mean, that’s really up to Jensen [Ackles] and Jared [Padalecki],” he shared. “I heard that they’re getting a spin-off which is exciting but as the much, much more senior members of the CW family, it really would be about finding a moment in their schedule to make all the fans happy.”

Stephen added, “I’m totally up for it. I’m not trying to pass the buck, but the buck is now sitting at their feet.”

Your move, Supernatural stars.

'Supernatural' Spinoff 'Wayward Sisters' in Works at The CW

Supernatural fans – this is amazing news!

The CW is currently working on a spinoff of the show titled Wayward Sisters, which would star Kim Rhodes as her character Sheriff Jody Mills, according to THR.

The potential show would follow her and a “group of troubled young women, all of them orphaned by supernatural tragedy. Under Mills’ protection, they emerge as a supreme monster-fighting force.”

The backdoor pilot would air as an episode during the upcoming 13th season of Supernatural.

(Remember how The Originals premiered during The Vampire Diaries? Just like that!)

Supernatural showrunners Andrew Daab and Robert Singer are writing the script and serving as executive producers alongside Phil Sgricca and Robert Berens.

Psst – you may remember Kim from playing Cole and Dylan Sprouse‘s mom on The Suite Life too!
