Ross Lynch stops by Live! with Kelly and Michael in New York City on Friday morning (July 19).
The 17-year-old actor chatted up his new DCOM, Teen Beach Movie, which debuted last night on Disney Channel.
Co-star Maia Mitchell, 19, was doing the same thing on Good Day NY.
“A year and a half ago we were on a beach in Puerto Rico filming a movie. Now you guys finally get to see it! #TeenBeachMovie” Ross excitedly tweeted just before it’s first airing. You can catch it again TONIGHT!
Ross and Maia will also be on hand for a special appearance and signing at Studio Disney 365 in Downtown Disney on Sunday (July 21).
The 17-year-old Teen Beach Movie star stopped by the set to surprise Maia, 19, who was filming her guest spot on the show. Co-star John DeLuca also joined him on set.

“Fifty years ago we did our first beach party movie,” Frankie shared on the program. “I think it’s going to be absolutely sensational. You’re great looking kids, you’re fun, you’re musical and I think it’s going to be terrific.”
Just the night before, the cast of TBM stopped by Newsies on Broadway.
“Accidentally dressed as a newsie at Newsies,” Maia tweeted.
