Disney+ has canceled it’s first series of 2022!
The streaming service has given the axe to The Mysterious Benedict Society, which starred Tony Hale in two roles, after just two seasons.
Co-creator Phil Hay confirmed the sad news on Twitter.

We are just weeks away from the season two premiere of The Mysterious Benedict Society!
Ahead of the show’s new season, Disney+ debuted a brand new trailer on Friday (October 7) at New York Comic Con.
The streamer also just debuted brand new character photos of the cast for season two.

The Mysterious Benedict Society is coming back for season two later this year!
The Disney+ series just got a premiere date and the trailer was also released on Thursday (September 1).
Tony Hale returns as both Mr Benedict and Dr L.D. Curtian, with Kristen Schaal, MaameYaa Boafo, Ryan Hurst, Gia Sandhu, Seth Carr, Emmy DeOliveira, Mystic Inscho and Marta Kessler also returning.

Disney+ has handed out another renewal!!
The streaming service just announced on Tuesday morning (September 28) that The Mysterious Benedict Society will be getting a second season.
The series stars Tony Hale in two roles – Mr Benedict and Mr Curtain – and is based on the best-selling book series by Trenton Lee Stewart.
“This show has been an absolute thrill to work on and I’m so thankful to the fans and Disney for the opportunity to keep telling this incredible story,” Tony shared in a statement.
