Jaden Smith is always a supportive friend and he flew to Miami to host the launch of his BFF Moises Arias‘ new art exhibit!
The 19-year-old entertainer was joined by his dad Will Smith at the event held during Art Basel on Thursday (Decmeber 7) in Miami, Fla.

The 19-year-old actor was joined at the event by his dad Will Smith and brother Trey.
Earlier in the day, Will and Jaden were seen walking around town in casual outfits.

Aladdin star Mena Massoud is giving fans a glimpse into production on the upcoming live-action film!
The 24-year-old actor and the rest of the cast – Will Smith, Naomi Scott and Marwan Kenzari – got together for a selfie on one of the first days of production.
“Agrabah just got a lot hotter. Ooof! Gonna be keeping you posted on everything Aladdin peeps ;)” Mena jokingly wrote on his Twitter.
Later, Will shared the same photo, writing, “We just started shooting Aladdin and I wanted to intro you guys to our new family…Mena Massoud/Aladdin, Naomi Scott/Princess Jasmine, Marwan Kenzari/Jafar, and I’m over here gettin my Genie on. Here we go!”
It looks like the cast has totally hit it off! We can’t wait to see the film come together!

Willow Smith was only 11 years old when she went on tour for her single “Whip My Hair” — and at that young age especially, it’s important that her family listened to her needs and desires.
In a new interview, Will Smith opened up about why Willow decided to make make the dramatic move of shaving her head, and how it made him a better father for it.

Willow wanted to end the tour and go home, but Will refused to listen — so she retaliated by shaving her head in the midst of a tour that was all about, well, hair.
“I’m looking at that girl and I’m like, ‘Got it. I understand,’” Will said in Jay-Z‘s new “Footnotes of Adnis” video, “‘You will not have this trouble out of me ever again. Let’s go, baby. We can go.’”
It made Will realize that he hadn’t been taking Willow‘s young age and emotions into account.
“For me, it was that soldier that was pushing and wasn’t paying any attention whatsoever to what was going on emotionally with this beautiful little creature in front of me,” he continued.
We’re so glad that the experience was able to make Will more in-tune with his daughter’s emotions.

The 18-year-old is getting ready for his new role in the upcoming film Life In A Year, and his dad Will Smith is helping by cutting off all of his son’s bleached dreadlocks!

Will took to his Facebook page on Tuesday (April 11) to share a couple pics of himself cutting off Jaden‘s dreads.
“Getting Jaden Smith ready for the first day of filming #LifeInAYear…maybe I should’ve used scissors?!” Will wrote along with the pics in the gallery below.
Over the weekend, Jaden showed off some serious PDA on the beach with girlfriend Odessa Adlon while still rocking his dreads.
Jaden is set to star in Life In A Year alongside Cara Delevingne, Terrence Howard, and Nia Long with his dad Will producing.

Jaden Smith‘s dad Will allows him to express himself however he wants, even if that means wearing skirts!
The 48-year-old recently actor explained that he doesn’t try to stop his 18-year-old son from being who he wants to be.
“What I do with my children, that I feel that the greatest gift that I can give my children is the freedom to be who they are,” he told BET.
Will added, “Jada and I are very serious about finding what they are, and encouraging them to be what they are because you can never be happy being what you’re not.”
