AnnaSophia Robb is all smiles on stage during the The Carrie Diaries panel at the 2013 Winter Television Critics Association Press Tour held at the Langham Huntington Hotel on Sunday morning (January 13) in Pasadena, Calif.
While talking about adapting the book to television, Ms. Bushnellshared, “Books and TV series are apples and oranges. A book has a beginning, middle and end. TV series, ideally, you want to go on and on,” which “shapes a lot of decisions.”

Austin Butler reaches for the door for girlfriend actress Vanessa Hudgens after some shopping at AllSaints on Saturday afternoon (January 5) in Los Angeles.
The twosome met up with some friends including Shawn Pyfrom before heading out.
“I wouldn’t be doing the 80′s justice if I didn’t watch John Hughes films as preparation; he’s just the best. 80′s hairstyles on the other hand could use some work. Haha…” Austin recently told Glow mag about researching his role for The Carrie Diaries.

On his character, Sebastian: “Sebastian is a guy who comes from a wealthy yet neglectful family; which leads to him sometimes having a problem opening up to people. He becomes interested in Carrie and they spark up and on-again off-again relationship.”
On Sebastian’s fashion style: “I wouldn’t call him a slave to fashion, he sort of dresses in an effortless style. He’s a leather jacket and jeans kinda guy. In real life I keep it casual in white T shirt and jeans a lot of the time, but I love any occasion where I get to wear a suit.”
On his opinion on the paparazzi: “I’m so blessed to be in the position that I’m in, so I never want to complain, but the paparazzi constantly cross the line and are not only annoying, but disrespectful and dangerous.”

In “Lie To Me,” New couple Carrie (Robb) and Sebastian (Butler) can’t seem to catch a break — between being grounded and rival Donna’s (Chloe Bridges) sneaky attempts to break them apart, Carrie worries Sebastian will lose interest in her. Desperate for some alone time with him, Carrie must lie to her father (Matt Letscher) and bail on plans with her sister Doritt (Stefania Owen).
