Can you believe that it’s been two full years since Meryl Davis and Charlie White won the gold medal at the 2014 Sochi Winter Olympics?!

Tanith Belbin White, Charlie‘s wife and fellow ice dancer, was the first to share her memory of the moment on Instagram, writing, “Happy Olympic anniversary to this incredible team! @meryledavis @charlieawhite.”

Meryl added later on, “Hard to believe that exactly two years ago today we became Olympic Champions. It seems fitting that today is the day we begin yet another exciting adventure together! Thank you to everyone for your continued love and support! We can’t wait to share this new chapter with you! ???????????

“It’s been two years! That’s crazy! What a special moment to remember…And also I just love this picture- I think that’s what happy looks like,” Charlie wrote on his account.

The 2014 Sochi Olympic Champions join Tanith Belbin White and Ben Agosto on the ice, plus dancers Dmitry Chaplin, Chelsie Hightower, Anna Trebunskaya, and Damian Whitewood for the annual special.

The Paul Mitchell Shall We Dance on Ice, also featuring Maksim Chmerkovskiy, Chelsie Hightower, Charlie White, Tanith Belbin White and Ben Agosto, will air February 13th, and February 27th on ABC.

Meryl Davis has a new venture in the works!

The 29-year-old Olympic ice dancer and Dancing With the Stars champion has inked a deal with PTX Performance Products brand’s Stable 26.

She will serve as an ambassador for the Toronto-based company ahead of a new fitness line of products, according to WWD.

“There are many new heights I want to reach in fitness,” Meryl said in a statement. “I’m very happy to team up with a company who is committed to technology, design, and to making athletes better.”

Meryl Davis has taken to Twitter and Instagram to call out some articles that were written about the state of the sport of figure skating.

USA Today wrote an article on the sport where one judge was quoted as saying that, “The only person who is consistent in figure skating is nobody.”

That’s something that Meryl, her partner Charlie White, his wife Tanith Belbin White, John Coughlin, as well as JJJ, disagree with.

“The sport of figure skating is not as popular in the U.S. as it once was, that’s true. So many factors play a part in the apparent decline in popularity of our sport on the big stage- some reasons come from within the sport, some from the drastic changes in American pop culture over the last 2 decades. It’s a shame and we ALL hope a revival of the Golden Age of figure skating is on its way,” Meryl wrote on Instagram.

She added, “BUT ‘the only person who is consistent in figure skating’ is not ‘nobody’…it’s the ice-dancers. It seems a shame to read this morning’s article to find out that the years of world and Olympic medals we continue to bring home have been forgotten.”

Peta Murgatroyd holds onto her new fiance, Maksim Chmerkovskiy‘s arm while out on Sunday morning (December 6) in Miami, Fla.

The newly engaged couple were all smiles while heading out to breakfast with some friends after getting engaged just the night before.

Later on, Maks was spotted grabbing some coffees with Meryl Davis for their Sway: A Dance Trilogy crew ahead of the night’s performance.

Maks Chmerkovskiy keeps new fiancee Peta Murgatroyd close to him as they celebrate at the SWAY Alfalit Gala held at Gary Nader Art Centre on Saturday night (December 5) in Miami, Fla.

The couple got engaged just hours before on stage after performing in Sway: A Dance Trilogy. At the gala, they were joined by Maks‘ brother, Val, Meryl Davis, Tony Dovolani, and Rumer Willis.

“I said yes!!!!!! ???? I love you!” Peta wrote on Twitter after Maks got down on one knee at the end of the show.
