The 22-year-old model and actor was joined by a group of guy pals as they enjoyed their spring break after spending some time in Cabo San Lucas, Mexico.

The pair were shared photos with each other from their trip to Cabo in addition to recently attending one of Patrick‘s fraternity events together.
