Isabela Moner Added a Bandana To Her 'Transformers' Audition & Basically Won The Part For It

Isabela Moner keeps it fun and flirty at the press conference for Transformers: The Last Knight held at Hotel Unique on Tuesday (July 11) in Sao Paulo, Brazil.

The young actress recently revealed that she added something special for her audition for the flick — well, it wasn’t that special of an item, but it helped her a lot in winning the role of Izabella in the film.

“I put up a white sheet (as a backdrop), I had to iron it since it was wrinkly,” she remembers of her audition tape she sent in.

Isabela adds, “I figured Izzy would need that to wipe the sweat off her face since it’s so hot outside. Even now, (director Michael Bay) remembers that, of all things, I don’t know why.”

But it worked! “Two days later, [he] reached out to me to read for a callback.”
