Lucy Hale lets her hair fly up in the air while shooting a scene for Katy Keene in New York City on Thursday (October 3).

The 30-year-old actress dolled up in Katy’s chic red look – a ribbon red top and plaid pants – for the scene, opposite Zane Holtz.
