Shay Mitchell is having busy day!

The 35-year-old pregnant actress had her hands full as made her way out to her truck after a doctor’s appointment on Thursday (May 12) in Beverly Hills, Calif.

For her outing, Shay showed off her bare baby bump wearing an unbuttoned tan shirt over a black sports bra paired with flowing black pants and sandals.

If you didn’t know, Shay and longtime love Matte Babel are expecting their second child together. They are already parents to 2-year-old daughter Atlas.

In an interview from last year, Shay revealed if she would consider appearing for the upcoming Pretty Little Liars spinoff, Original Sin.
