The trailer for the upcoming Queer as Folk reboot is here, and it features a very heavy and sensitive subject.

The series stars Fin Argus, Devin Way, Jesse James Keitel, CG, Johnny Sibilly and Ryan O’Connell, who also serves as a writer and executive producer.

Here’s a synopsis: Queer As Folk is a vibrant reimagining of the groundbreaking British series created by Russell T. Davies, exploring a diverse group of friends in New Orleans whose lives are transformed in the aftermath of a tragedy.

Queer As Folk will debut on Thursday, June 9th on Peacock.
