Trans Actor Zoe Terakes Cast In Marvel's Upcoming 'Ironheart' Series

The cast of Ironheart keeps getting bigger!

The upcoming Marvel series, which will take place during Phase 5 of the MCU, has cast Zoe Terakes in a key role, Deadline reveals.

Zoe is a Trans masc guy and non-binary actor, and is the latest LGBTQ+ casting in the show, following RuPaul’s Drag Race alum Shea Coulee.

Ironheart follows Riri Williams (Dominique Thorne), who is a brilliant teenage inventor who, in the comics, built her own version of the Iron Man suit in an MIT dorm. She eventually, in the comics, takes over as Iron Man.

At this time, as with most Marvel casting news, Zoe‘s role is currently unknown.

Also in the series are Manny Montana, Alden Ehrenreich and Anthony Ramos, who was just seen on set, with his character being confirmed.
