Will There Be a 'Wizards of Waverly Place' Reboot or Reunion? Stars Speak Out...

If you’re waiting for a Wizards of Waverly Place reboot or reunion, there’s a chance you’ll be waiting a while.

During the latest episode of the new Wizards of Waverly Pod podcast with stars Jennifer Stone and David DeLuise, they talked about the possibility of the whole cast getting back together.

In the third episode, they answered fan questions and saved perhaps the most burning one for last – “Will there be a reboot or reunion?”

David joked, “Hold on, let me call Selena [Gomez].”

“The thing is, yes, of course we want to do it,” he said. “It would be silly not to do some kind of reboot thing, and as far as I know, Selena wants to do it.”

“All of the main cast, from my understanding, for the most part wants to do a reunion,” Jennifer added. “It’s just a matter, and this is what I tell everybody… It’s just a matter of having the right story to tell and timing. ‘Cause honestly, I was not kidding when I said coordinating all of us together for dinner is hard enough, much less coordinating to get us together for like a week, two weeks, to shoot a reunion.”

“So when we have the right story and the right timing, yes,” she continued.

“We want to, and we’re hoping that it happens, It would be great,” David concluded.
