Madison Beer Addressed the Leak of Intimate Content When She was Underage

Madison Beer opened up about nude videos she filmed being leaked when she was only 15 years old.

The 24-year-old musician had two intimate videos that she sent to her then-partner shared online, leaving her suffering from “real trigger-able PTSD.”

She broke down the “traumatizing” situation in a new interview.

During an appearance on the Call Her Daddy podcast, Madison explained that she “was so disturbed by it and so afraid.”

“I felt so unsafe and just, like, scared,” she recalled. “There were so many layers of peeling the onion of how that made me feel and … no one saying that it was wrong.”

She said that the two videos were sent to her by friends, leaving her sure that it would end up online. She was rehearsing when one of them was shared on Twitter.

“I was just looking at it, and I remember just dropping to the floor and being like, ‘Oh, my God, what do I do?’” she said. “I reached out to the person who posted it and begged them to delete it, and they just blocked me, straight-up just blocked me immediately.”

Madison continued, saying, “I think that some people that maybe haven’t gone through it, or men, don’t understand how truly traumatizing something like this can be, especially for a minor.”

“It was so, so hard for so long, and I felt like the whole world had seen the video, and this is also the beginning of having real trigger-able PTSD from the situation,” she shared.
