Nathan Kress Reveals How He Thinks Sam Would React to Creddie

Creddie are official, but now it’s time to share their relationship with the world!

The next episode of iCarly‘s third season is titled, “iGo Public,” and sees the new couple, Carly (Miranda Cosgrove) and Freddie (Nathan Kress), navigating their different timelines going public with their romance.

In this week’s episode, Freddie asks Spencer for help creating an elaborate display to announce his relationship with Carly, who is not yet ready to go public with the news.

In a recent interview, Nathan shared his thoughts on how he thinks Jennette McCurdy‘s character Sam, who previously dated Freddie, would react to Creddie.

“I don’t think that she would mind it,” he told J-14. “I think that as long as she can keep doing her obliterate thing, and it doesn’t cramp her style in any way, she’ll just keep on living her life.”

“I feel like it, she definitely would’ve said like, ‘Look, if it makes you happy, go for it,’” Nathan continued. “I’m sure a lot of people would probably disagree with me on that, because a lot of people like to disagree on that … But I like to think that Sam would be happy and supportive after all this time if we’re still together in each other’s orbit and we’re still best friends. Come on now.”
