Dove Cameron & Sofia Carson Sparkle on MTV VMAs 2023 Pink Carpet

Dove Cameron and Sofia Carson hit the pink carpet as they arrive for the 2023 MTV Video Music Awards held at Prudential Center on Tuesday evening (September 12) in Newark, N.J.

The longtime friends and co-stars walked the carpet separately ahead of the annual awards show.

Dove was nominated in one category this year, Video for Good for her “Breakfast” music video, which brought attention to the societal struggles women face. She ended up winning the award during the pre-show – Congratulations!!

If you didn’t know, she actually changed the video concept after already filming a different version.

Earlier this summer, Dove and Sofia reunited with some of their Descendants co-stars and director Kenny Ortega at the 2023 Cameron Boyce Foundation Gala.

Hours before the VMAs, Dove was announced as a new face of Coach and she stars in their “Wear Your Shine” campaign that also just dropped!

FYI: Dove is wearing a Coach gown, which she co-designed, along with Giuseppe Zanotti shoes and Simon G jewelry. Sofia is wearing Jacob & Co. jewelry.
