Chris Olsen Reveals How He Met His Boyfriend & Why He Hasn't Shown Him Yet

Chris Olsen has a new boyfriend!

The 25-year-old TikTok star has soft-launched his new beau in videos and photos, but he has yet to publicly reveal the man he is dating.

While appearing on BFF Meghan Trainor‘s podcast Workin’ On It, Chris was grilled about his new man, who Meghan called “skinny and gorgeous,” and he shared how they met and why he hasn’t revealed his new beau yet.

“I’m not [not showing him] ’cause I’m like, oh, figure it out,” Chris said. “It’s because if we all remember how I started on social media. We can’t do that. We can’t be doing that again.”

Chris is of course referring to his very public relationship with Ian Paget, with whom he split with in January 2022.

So, how did Chris and his new boyfriend meet?

“The first time we met was in a workout class, by accident,” he revealed. “We were at Barry’s, yeah, but we had already been set up on a date, but I landed in LA that day and was like, ‘I’m going to go take a Barry’s.’ I always look for, or I always looked, for a hot guy in the class to motivate me.”

“Then I go into the Barry’s class and there’s this guy with his hat low and I’m like oh this is a hot guy to motivate me. I start leaving the class and I see the hot guy starts coming up to me,” Chris continues. “He’s like, ‘Hey Chris, it’s blank, um, I’m, it’s uh beep, I’m um, we got set up on a date.’ And I was like, ‘Oh! Wow. Yeah, yeah, yeah.’ So that was the first time we ended up meeting and then the date was like the next night or something like that, and it was great. That’s it, that’s all you get to know.”

“We were already going to meet, but we ended up having another cute meeting,” he said. “He was really nervous when he was first talking to me. Well, also, we were just out, we had just finished a workout class, so we were both like out of breath.”
