While talking about the first movie in celebration of it’s 20th anniversary, he was asked about the possibility of more movies, aside from the Fantastic Beasts prequels.

“I would love to direct ‘The Cursed Child,’” he told Variety. “It’s a great play and the kids are actually the right age to play those roles. It’s a small fantasy of mine.”

If you didn’t know, “The Cursed Child” is a two-part play, that also has an accompanying book by JK Rowling.

Here’s a synopsis: 19 years after Harry, Ron and Hermoine saved the Wizarding World, they’re back on a most extraordinary new adventure – this time, joined by a brave new generation that has only just arrived at the legendary Hogwarts School of Witchcraft and Wizardry. Prepare for spectacular spells, a mind-blowing race through time, and an epic battle to stop mysterious forces, all while the future hangs in the balance.

In case you missed it, Daniel Radcliffe opened up a few months ago if he would ever portray another Harry Potter character.

If you haven’t seen it, Tom Felton just shared a reunion photo with some of the Weasleys!
