There’s been a lot of talk of hope that Emily Bett Rickards would return for Arrow‘s final episode – and it looks like it’s actually going to be happening!
While we don’t know anything about the plot or circumstances that Emily‘s Felicity returns on screen, Stephen Amell did reveal to fans that it’s going to happen.
“There’ll be a lot of news coming out about our final episode over the next few months,” he wrote on Twitter. “I prefer when you hear it from us. Welcome back Emily.”

The Arrow star shared a video after wrapping on the massive Crisis On Infinite Earths crossover, and called it “probably the coolest comic book thing that’s ever been on TV.”
“I would like to say thank you to Grant, and all the cool people on The Flash. I want to say thank you to Caity Lotz, and all the cool people on Legends,” he says in the clip. “I want to say thank you to Melissa, and her whole Supergirlfamily.”
Mia (Katherine McNamara) pulls out her weapon of choice in this still from tonight’s new Arrow.
In “Welcome to Hong Kong”, Mia and Connor (Joseph David Jones) seek out his brother JJ, (Charlie Barnett), before the two have a heart to heart conversation.
Meanwhile, Oliver (Stephen Amell), John (David Ramsey), Laurel (Katie Cassidy Rodgers), and Tatsu (Rila Fukushima) seek out an important person within The Monitor’s (LaMonica Garrett) plan.

Emily Bett Rickards might not be on the final season premiere of Arrow tonight, but Felicity will get a major moment on the series.
Felicity is actually mentioned throughout the episode and executive producer Marc Guggenheim shared that there is one scene in particular that is a direct call-out to a classic Felicity and Oliver moment.
“There’s a throwback to Felicity in the season premiere — Emily’s not in it — but there’s a very conscious, and I think funny, acknowledgement of her,” he hinted during an interview with ET.
In “Starling City”, while trying to decipher The Monitor’s (LaMonica Garrett) mission, Oliver (Stephen Amell) returns to Starling City where he encounters familiar faces.
There’s a huge rumor going around right now that the cast of DC’s Titans are going to be part of the upcoming Crisis on Infinite Earths crossover and JJJ would be so stoked if that happened!
The information comes from Pagey, who has a Youtube page dedicated to covering content about DC Television and more specifically, the Arrowverse, and his reports have proven to be right in the past.
The members of the cast – which consist of Minka Kelly, Teagan Croft, Anna Diop, Brenton Thwaites, Alan Ritchson and Ryan Potter – participating is still TBD, but Pagey is reporting that the small cameo has already been filmed, as the series wrapped production of their season two a few weeks ago.
On top of Titans, Crisis on Infinite Earths will also feature Tyler Hoechlin’s Superman, Elizabeth Tulloch’s Lois Lane, Tom Welling’s Clark Kent, Erica Durance’s Lois Lane, Brandon Routh’s Kingdom Come Superman, Cress Williams’ Black Lightning, Ashley Scott’s Huntress, Kevin Conroy’s Bruce Wayne, Osric Chau’s Ryan Choi, and the main casts of Arrow, The Flash, DC’s Legends of Tomorrow, Batwoman and Supergirl.
