Disney CEO Bob Chapek's Contract Gets Renewed For 3 More Years

Bob Chapek will continue to head the Walt Disney Company!

The CEO’s contract has just been renewed by the company’s board of directors for an additional three years, THR reports.

Bob‘s contract was reportedly set to expire in early 2023, and his new contract will begin July 1st and go through 2025.

Ariana DeBose has spoken to The Walt Disney Company’s CEO Bob Chapek in regards to the company’s response to the controversial “Don’t Say Gay” bill, aka the Parental Rights in Education bill.

The Oscar-winning West Side Story actress won one of the six awards that the company won at the ceremony last weekend.

While on the red carpet, she was asked about the queer representation at the awards show, and if she had spoken to Bob about his and the company’s response to the legislation, which was signed into law the next day.

The Disneyland Resort is back open!

Disneyland and California Adventure parks reopened on Friday (April 30) to a multitude of awaiting guests who were eager to experience the Disney magic again.

Cast members lined Main Street USA to welcome back guests, with Disney CEO Bob Chapek, Executive Chairman Bob Iger, Disney Parks, Experiences and Products Chairman Josh D’Amaro and Disneyland President Ken Potrock among those welcoming Disney fans back to the Happiest Place on Earth.
