In the film, from Blumhouse, the 23-year-old actress takes a trip back to the 80s and meets the teenage version of her mom, who is played by Olivia Holt.

The head of television at Amazon Studios, who produces the Prime Video series, just teased that the show could be getting more than just a third season.
As a refresher, the hit YA show is based on the three-part book series by Jenny Han, who serves as executive producer, co-showrunner and a writer on the television adaptation.

Prime Video is giving us another first listen at a Taylor’s Version track!
The streaming service dropped the teaser trailer for it’s upcoming new series Wilderness, and it features Taylor Swift‘s “Look What You Made Me Do (Taylor’s Version)” from Reputation.
While the album hasn’t been announced yet, it’s one of the two remaining albums she has left to announce the re-recorded version for, along with her self-titled debut album.

The series, based on the Jenny Han book series, has just been picked up for a third season on Prime Video.
According to the streamer, the second season’s premiere more than doubled that of the first within just three days of it’s launch. Season two is also one of the 10 most watched seasons of any series ever on Prime Video!

The Summer I Turned Pretty season two is officially here!
Prime Video debuted the first three episodes of the season hours early on Thursday evening (July 13), when it was originally scheduled to debut on Friday.
In season two, Belly used to count down the days until she could return to Cousins Beach, but with Conrad and Jeremiah fighting over her heart and the return of Susannah’s cancer, she’s not sure summer will ever be the same. When an unexpected visitor threatens the future of Susannah’s beloved house, Belly has to rally the gang to come together—and to decide once and for all where her heart lies.

Jenny Han is leaving her young adult bubble for a new feature catered to adults!
It was revealed this week in a story with TIME, that the Summer I Turned Pretty author and showrunner will be working with Amazon Studios, where she has an overall deal, on a new movie for a more adult audience.
Jenny‘s books, movies (To All the Boys) and TV series (XO, Kitty, The Summer I Turned Pretty) mostly center on teens and are for a younger audience, but she’s branching out.
