What happens when creatives from Frozen, Hamiltonand Dear Evan Hansen get together? A new musical series gets set for Hulu!!
Robert Lopez and Kristen Anderson-Lopez, the married couple behind the music in Frozen and Coco, are teaming up with the director of Hamilton, Thomas Kail, and the script writer for Dear Evan Hansen, Steven Levenson, for the new show Up Here.
Derek Hough has become an Emmy Award winner once again!
The 36-year-old entertainer won the award for Outstanding Choreography at the 2021 Creative Arts Emmy Awards on Sunday (September 12) in Los Angeles.
This is Derek‘s third win in that category. He previously won the award in 2013 and 2015.
“Such an honor to be nominated for 2 Emmys this evening for these 3 pieces,” he shared ahead of the show on Instagram. “Whatever happens it’s such an honor to even have the opportunity to create and perform for you all. I’ll keep on as long as you’ll have me🙏🏼 #emmys #emmyawards”

If you didn’t know, Robert is already a TWO-time EGOT winner!
The songwriting couple, who wrote the music lyrics for both Frozen movies and the Broadway show, as well as Coco, are also writing original music for the upcoming Marvel series WandaVision.
The new show, premiering on Disney+ on January 15th, just released a new TV spot, featuring one of the sitcom theme songs written by Robert and Kristen.
They also recently opened up about working on WandaVision.
“We loved the bright feeling of American sitcoms mixed with the deep sense of unease the story had, and it was a really inviting challenge to help set that tone,” Robert told ET.
Kristen shared that they drew inspiration from classic sitcoms like I Love Lucy, The Brady Bunch and Family Ties.
