JoJo Siwa Reveals Her Whole Family Had COVID & Opens Up About Recent Breakup

JoJo Siwa opens up about having Coronavirus earlier this year.

The 17-year-old entertainer revealed in a new interview that she has already had it and recovered, as well as her parents and brother Jayden.

“I did end up getting it, the big, dreaded COVID-19. It got through my whole family,” she told ET. “We had headaches, we were tired, we had shortness of breath, we had all the things. All my family actually lost their taste and smell, but all have it back. But I never did.”

“Everyone who gets this virus, it’s gonna affect them differently,” JoJo added. “We were all, like, three days apart.”

JoJo also talked about her split from Mark Bontempo, which was revealed earlier this month.

“Everything’s still OK, we’re still good,” she said. “I am single as a Pringle right now. But Mark and I did break up. We were together for three months and it was great. We had fun, we drove through Taco Bell, I think, 450 times. We had some really fun nights. We never actually had any hard times, we never fought, we never were mad at each other. It was honestly a great time.”

JoJo revealed that work for the both of the them got in the way.

“It just, we had to work. He had to do some things in his life that I wanted to be there for him, but he had to be there 250 percent for himself,” she shared. “And I didn’t want to take away from him being able to be there for himself. So I was like, ‘Listen, we can be friends.’”

She also added that she was the one to end things, but truly wants to stay friends.

“When I ended the relationship I was like, I don’t want to just say ‘let’s be friends’ and then let’s not. Like, let’s be friends and let’s make it normal,” JoJo said. “He deserves nothing but greatness.”

'The Flash' Pauses Production Over The Weekend After Positive COVID Test

'The Flash' Pauses Production Over The Weekend After Positive COVID Test

The Flash temporary halted production this past weekend.

It was revealed that a team member on the CW series had tested positive for Coronavirus, causing the show to be put on pause, Deadline reveals.

According to the site, “the studio is currently evaluating adjustments to the production schedule in order to resume filming without the affected employee and potential close contacts, who are self-isolating.”

Production could already be resumed come Monday morning on other parts of the series.

Back in October, The Flash had a rough start to resuming production after quarantine, as a back log of tests awaiting results had halted many productions in Vancouver.

Disneyland Paris is being forced to close their gates once again!

The French Disney park is shutting down starting this Friday (October 30), along with many other non-essential businesses shutting down due to the recent surge in positive Coronavirus cases in France.

French President, Emmanuel Macron, is putting the country in a lockdown with only essential businesses able to stay open, which includes schools, nurseries, pharmacies, supermarkets, and other businesses deemed essential, Variety reports.

According to WDWNT, there is no re-opening date set yet, but the lockdown in France is set to go on until December 1st. The chance of removing the lockdown will be re-evaluated every two weeks.

Disneyland Paris will be the second Disney park to be closed at this time, as the original Disneyland still has not opened, and could possibly not even reopen until 2021. Disney Parks executives have slammed the California government’s reopening guidelines.

UPDATE: Disney Parks announces Disneyland Paris will shut down twice! First, in compliance with French guidelines, starting at end of day on Thursday (October 29), and again for the month of January. See their message below.

Stephen Amell Opens Up Coronavirus Diagnosis & How It Affected His Show

Stephen Amell Opens Up Coronavirus Diagnosis & How It Affected His Show

Stephen Amell is opening up about his recent bought with Coronavirus.

The Arrow actor, who will now star in the new Starz series Heels, spoke out publicly for the first time about testing positive earlier this month.

“I tested positive for COVID-19, geez, 15 days ago. Two weeks ago, Monday. Today being Tuesday, October 20th,” he said on the Inside of You w/Michael Rosenbaum podcast. “The thing is that, I um, I had already been isolated from work because there was a positive test on the show, and I repeatedly tested negative through the week, but ultimately, for whatever reason came down with symptoms the following Monday, got tested on the Tuesday.”

“I’ve actually been cleared to go back to work since Friday, this past Friday, but they didn’t know if I would be cleared for sure until basically this Wednesday, so they have been building other stuff into the schedule,” Stephen added.

“I woke up and it was the strangest thing. My f–kin’ right ear was plugged, and I was hot and cold. I never ran a fever,” he shared about his symptoms and how he knew something was up. “I’d say that I’ve started to notice something on Monday, but didn’t have a test result… Those first couple of days, they just really sucked.”

Stephen said he had the sweats, dizziness and loss of appetite. He also added that his show only shut down production for one day.

“When I got the positive test, for me it became holy f–k. I just destroyed this show because I’m number one on on the call sheet and I work every day more or less… I’m in my head going, ‘S–t, they’re going to have to shut down the production. We’re not yet done with the first block of two episodes. Did I just ruin this?’” he said.

“I’m incredibly fortunate that if I have to go into isolation, I have a job waiting for me on the other side,” he continued. “Again, thank you very much to Starz for being so supportive and what they did over the past three weeks, the show shut down for one day. What they were able to do is mind boggling, quite frankly. It just goes to show that they were prepared for it, but not everyone has the luxury of taking two weeks off. In fact, most people don’t. We are in the midst of a global pandemic and times are tough for a lot of people.”

Other shows being affected reportedly include Hulu’s The Mysterious Benedict Society, The CW’s The Flash, Supergirl and DC’s Legends of Tomorrow.

Jensen Ackles dished that going to the set was safer than going home!

“Everybody was taking it very seriously,” he told Variety.

“I would say being on set was safer [than] going home to my apartment, because everybody’s getting tested, everybody was healthy and was checked on such a frequent basis you knew that there was nobody carrying the disease,” Jensen added. “I’m being very cautious, and I would have felt comfortable hugging the crew members, just because I know that everybody was so diligently safe.”

Jared Padelecki dished that everyone was taking it very seriously, otherwise, “It would have been shutting down production and putting people out of work again, so everybody was more careful than they were required.”

“We all felt the importance. We weren’t going out on weekends,” he said.
