Nick Zano's Massive Muscles On 'Legends of Tomorrow' Are Modeled After This WWE Star

Nick Zano is sporting some massively large arms on DC’s Legends of Tomorrow this week!

The actor, who plays Dr. Nate Heywood/Steel on the show, opened up ahead of the episode to share some details on what went in to creating the new biceps.

“Real talk: my showrunner #PhilKlemmer shared with me the storyline of the last few eps of the season and I requested #JohnCena arms… Two weeks later I received an email for an appt to have my arms molded… 3 hours of molding and 3 weeks of fabrication later our effects team used #JohnCena actual arm measurements to create these gems for me…” Nick wrote on Instagram.

“Lastly I would like to apologize to everyone on our cast and crew for constantly calling all their arms ‘chicken wings’…… #mastersfx,” he added.

In the new episode, “Paranoid Android,” Sara (Caity Lotz) starts to realize her team is making questionable choices when it comes to the timeline. Trying to figure out who is behind everything, Sara discovers some harsh truths.

The ep also stars Jes Macallan, Tala Ashe, Olivia Swann, Adam Tsekhman, Lisseth Chavez, Shayan Sobhian, Matt Ryan and Amy Pemberton.
