Joshua Bassett has new music coming out in just a couple of weeks!
The 21-year-old musician and High School Musical: The Musical: The Series actor just announced his new EP on Tuesday (September 6).
Joshua is dropping his latest EP, which is his third, while he continues to work in his debut album.

“THE ALBUM…isn’t done yet…BUT Sad Songs In A Hotel Room the EP is coming september 23rd !” he shared on social media. Check out the cover art HERE!
“Sad Songs In A Hotel Room comes from a transient period of my life, when I was constantly moving from hotel to Airbnb to a friend’s place, while also juggling some intense personal growth and change,” Joshua shared in a statement. “Each of the songs in this EP tell a different part of the story from that time; each with a different perspective. In some ways, these songs feel like a bridge from one chapter of my life to the next, and I felt an urgency to put them out as I finish my debut album.”

As of now, his latest single “Smoke Slow” is the only track listed on the EP, which will consist of six new songs.
A month ago, Joshua announced that he had to cancel most of his upcoming tour due to scheduling conflicts. Season 4 of HSMTMTS is set to start filming soon!
