Kaia Gerber joins boyfriend Austin Butler at the 2023 Time100 Gala held at Jazz at Lincoln Center on Wednesday evening (April 26) in New York City.
The 21-year-old model/actress showed her support for her 31-year-old beau, who is a Time100 honoree this year.
Fellow Oscar nominee Angela Bassett penned the passage for Austin for the feature, where she praised his performance in Elvis and talked about a sweet moment they shared at the Oscars ceremony.
“On the evening of the Oscars, with Austin seated next to me, I understood intimately what he felt when it was time to learn if he would climb those stairs to the stage,” she wrote. “So, I”¯took his hand and held it softly as the winner was announced. Although his name wasn’t called, Austin is no less a winner. The time had come for Austin to say goodbye to Elvis as he began to embrace an infinite universe of possibilities as an actor. I can’t wait to see what he brings us”¯next.”
Just last week, Austin and Kaia were spotted out for a pilates class. They were last seen on the red carpet together at the Vanity Fair Oscars After Party back in March.
