Bart Johnson is sharing a little tease from being on the set of High School Musical: The Musical: The Series season four!
If you missed it, the actor, who played Coach Bolton in the movies, and five other original stars are returning in the Disney+ series‘ upcoming new season.
In the new episodes, they will be filming High School Musical 4: The Reunion, and the OGs will be playing themselves and reprising their film characters, with the new crop of Wildcats acting as extras.
Bart, who is quite active on social media, took to Twitter this past week to share a few tidbits about being on set.

We are currently freaking out as some of the original stars of the High School Musical franchise are coming back!!!
Disney+ just announced that six OGs have joined the cast of High School Musical: The Musical: The Series season four.
If you recall, it was previously revealed that within the upcoming season, a High School Musical 4: The Reunion movie will be filming on location at East High, and the new Wildcats will be playing featured extras in the movie.
Previously, creator Tim Federle told People that invitations had been sent out to all of the OGs to return and now we know who have all said yes!
There are also four new additions to the cast, and one previous cast member upped to series regular.

High School Musical‘s Kaycee Stroh (aka Martha Cox) and Descendant‘s Kristin Chenoweth (Maleficent) united for a new video shared to Instagram on Friday (August 5)!
The Descendants actress shared the video of the two doing the “We’re All in This Together” dance from the first HSM movie.

Original High School Musical movie stars Corbin Bleu and Monique Coleman hit the red carpet at the season three premiere of High School Musical: The Musical: The Series held at Walt Disney Studios on Wednesday (July 27) in Burbank, Calif.
The OGs of course played Chad Danforth and Taylor McKessie in the Disney trilogy.
Also in attendance was Corbin‘s wife, Sasha Clements.
If you somehow didn’t know, Corbin is actually in the new season of the Disney+ series, playing a version of himself!
Earlier this week, Corbin was in NYC promoting the show with Joshua Bassett, and opened up about what it was like returning to the franchise.
Corbin, Sasha and Monique actually all co-starred in the Lifetime holiday movie A Christmas Dance Reunion, which came out last winter. Check out the trailer here.

TROY BOLTON IS BACK!!!!
Well, sort of… Zac Efron surprised fans on Friday morning (July 22) by uploading a new photo to Instagram in a very familiar location.
The 34-year-old actor returned to Salt Lake City and visited his film alma mater East High from the High School Musical franchise.
“Don’t you… Forget about me ✊🏼,” he captioned his post, where he can be seen standing in front the entrance with a fist held into the air.
His on-screen dad and coach, Bart Johnson, commented on the post.

Vanessa Hudgens has returned back to her old stomping grounds of East High School!
The 33-year-old actress shared a new video outside of the Salt Lake City school, which was used in the High School Musical movie and TV franchise.

Zac Efron is opening up about whether he’s open to the idea of doing another High School Musical movie, and he said, “Of course.”
The 34-year-old actor was asked about during a recent interview to promote his upcoming movie Firestarter, which hits theaters and Peacock THIS Friday (May 13).
