Kiernan Shipka is heading back to television!
The 21-year-old actress has been cast in the upcoming HBO limited series The White House Plumbers, Deadline reveals.
Kiernan will play Kevan Hunt, the president of the Smith College Republicans and the golden child of the Hunt family.

The final season of Chilling Adventures of Sabrina has been released on Netflix, and like many others, we can’t help but want more!
A series gone too soon, but creator Roberto Aguirre-Sacasa, and even star Kiernan Shipka, teased the possibility of it coming back in the future.
Roberto had been teasing the episode ahead of the New Year’s Eve premiere, and in one post he said, “for now,” leading fans to freak out.
“This last (for now) episode showcases a group of artists and professionals working at the top of their game,” he wrote on Instagram. “But I have to give a special shout-out to our finale’s director, @robseidenglanz, who directed more episode of #Sabrina than anyone else. And pitched in to help on every episode, including the ones he didn’t direct.”
“I think everyone in the cast and crew would agree: The show wouldn’t have happened without Rob. On behalf of everyone, THANK YOU, my friend, my brother, my frequent lifeline! Looking forward to the next time we get to work together. Meanwhile, Everyone: Get your hankies ready, for the Void is almost upon us…” he added.
In a recent interview, Kiernan shared that she thinks it’s not out of the question for Sabrina to come back, maybe make an appearance on Riverdale, or even a movie!
“I think she’s pretty savvy and could find her way back to Greendale if she chose to. And I think just because I love her so much, that’s what I want to think happens,” she told ET. “I hope that other people feel like it’s not the end of Sabrina, but just the next phase of whatever kind of crazy life or afterlife she may lead. Anything is possible in the world of Sabrina.”
Kiernan Shipka is opening up about the ending to Chilling Adventures of Sabrina.
The Netflix series comes to an end on New Year’s Eve (December 31) as the final chapter premieres.
Kiernan dished on the series finale and that shocking ending to the show.
“I was very surprised… then I was like, ‘Oh, there’s no more pages. I think that’s it,’” she told ET. “But it’s a dramatic ending.”
“I think it hit me emotionally quite a bit. It’s not an easy ending to just digest. There is a lot of meaning and impact behind it and how we wish to read into that. But above all else, I was completely surprised,” Kiernan said.

Without giving any spoilers, the actors shared their thoughts on the ending the show got.
“There were different versions of the script depending on if it was a finale or not, but the shot that we ended up going with, the second that I read that I was like, ‘Oh, that’s the end,’” Kiernan told ET. “I know we could keep going and I know we could make something out of it, but my gosh is that an ending. And I was just like, ‘Got it, that’s it.’”
“I think [fans] are going to be overwhelmed with emotions, because I was and I would think that they would think similarly,” she continued. “I think everyone will be happy with it but also a little surprised. I was surprised. It’s not a predictable ending and I really didn’t see that coming in any way, shape or form. It does wrap things up, but it certainly does not leave you fully satisfied — in a good way.”
Gavin had a much shorter response, but thinks it’s a great way to end the show.
“You know what? How kind of beautiful. What a great send off and interesting, Shakespearean kind of thing to do,” he said.

OMG! The aunties from Sabrina, The Teenage Witch are going to be on the final season of Chilling Adventures of Sabrina!
Netflix revealed a new teaser video from the upcoming part four, and it features Caroline Rhea and Beth Broderick reprising their roles as Hilda and Zelda Spellman, respectively.
“Sabrina, is that you?” Zelda (Broderick) says in the clip. “There you are. Where were you? We were getting worried.”
“Not me, I haven’t been worried since bottomless mimosas,” Hilda (Rhea) says.
Then, a very confused Sabrina (Kiernan Shipka) says, “Sorry, who are you?”
If you remember, Caroline and Beth starred in the Sabrina, The Teenage Witch series for seven seasons, from 1996-2003, with Melissa Joan Hart as Sabrina. You can watch the whole series now on Hulu!

As the witches wage war, with the help of The Fright Club, Nick begins to slowly earn his way back into Sabrina’s heart, but will it be too late?
Showrunner Roberto Aguirre-Sacasa teased that it’s the scariest season yet, and the trailer holds up.
