It was just announced on Friday (December 9) that the musician is set to make her feature film directorial debut.
Just recently, she has been praised for her directing of her “All Too Well” short film, which is potentially on track to earn her an Oscar nomination.

Taylor Swift is speaking out about the craziness that was the pre-sales for The Eras Tour.
The 32-year-old musician shared a statement on her Instagram story on Friday morning (November 18), addressing the issues and Ticketmaster.
Public on-sale for tickets to her highly anticipated tour was supposed to happen that same day, but was canceled by the ticket company due to the overwhelming response and a lack of tickets available.

Tickets to Taylor Swift‘s The Eras Tour went on pre-sale earlier this week and the demand to purchase tickets crashed Ticketmaster and caused them to push back one of the pre-sales.
Now, Ticketmaster has announced that the public, general on sale that was set for Friday (November 18) has been canceled.

Disney is adding more Grammy nominations to it’s ever growing list of achievements!
The company has music from TWO of their movies nominated this year, competing in the same category.
Fictional boy band 4*Town – Jordan Fisher, Finneas, Topher Ngo, Josh Levi, and Grayson Villanueva – was nominated for Best Song Written for Visual Media for the hit “Nobody Like U.” If the song wins, songwriters Billie Eilish and Finneas will take home the award. In the same category, Encanto‘s mega-hit “We Don’t Talk About Bruno” was also nominated, with Lin-Manuel Miranda‘s songwriting credit.
Encanto was also nominated for Best Score Soundtrack for Visual Media for composer Germaine Franco and Best Compilation Soundtrack for Visual Media.
If you recall, Encanto and 4*Town had some big weeks on the charts earlier this year!
Other notable nominees include Taylor Swift and Harry Styles in quite a few categories each, plus Camila Cabello, BTS, Kelsea Ballerini, GAYLE and Pentatonix!
