The Flash is kicking off it’s eight season TONIGHT (November 16) with it’s big Armageddon event!
The CW series will have a five-episode crossover type event, with quite a few returning Arrowverse characters, starting with Brandon Routh as Ray Palmer/Atom.
The new season premieres TONIGHT (March 2) and picks up right where we left off at the end of season six.
In “All’s Well That Ends Well,” when an experiment to save Barry’s (Grant Gustin) speed backfires, Nash Wells (Tom Cavanagh) searches for a way to save The Flash and comes up with a dangerous plan. Meanwhile, Iris (Candice Patton) makes a startling realization inside the Mirrorverse and Cecile (Danielle Nicolet) faces off with Rosa Dillon (Ashley Rickards).
Hours before the premiere, Grant took to Instagram to share a special note with fans, and he also mentioned that the first few episodes of the new season are what were supposed to be the end of the previous season.
“We’ll be picking up with what should’ve been the final three episodes of season 6, 2 of which had been almost entirely completed since last March. I hope everyone enjoys season 7!” he wrote.
Tune in to The Flash TONIGHT (March 2) at 8pm ET/PT on The CW, followed by a new episode of Superman & Lois, which just received some great news!
The trailer for the upcoming seventh season of The Flash is here!
The video was unveiled during the show’s panel at the DC FanDome event on Saturday (August 22).
Candace Patton‘s Iris West is getting haunted in the Mirrorverse, with Barry doing anything he can to help her.
“It’ll be interesting to see when she comes out — and I believe she’ll come out very soon — how she has been affected by being stuck in this maddening world with this maddening villain,” Candace said during the panel.
Showrunner Eric Wallaceshared that in the trailer, “even though it’s only footage really from one episode, pay attention to the way it’s presented. It’s actually huge spoilers all over the place.”
The footage in the trailer is mostly from season six, episode 20, which was 85% filmed before the pandemic.
Melissa Benoist is cute as a button in a polka dotted dress at the CW Network’s 2018 Fall Launch Event held at Warner Bros. Studios on Sunday afternoon (October 14) in Burbank, Calif.
Supergirl is currently filming their fourth season, which premiered last night on the network, and will be crossing over with both Arrow and The Flash later on this winter for Elseworlds.
